A blog to look to problem solving

“He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight.” – Sun Tzu

I am an attorney who is not practicing at this point. After fifteen years of growing steadily more jaded with people fighting and arguing, I have become passionate about solutions to conflicts by identifying the sources of the conflicts, how minor conflicts become major, and provide insight to any reader about how these conflicts can be avoided or managed.  For 99% of the cases, fighting is counterproductive and wasteful.

I will be providing commentary and examples from personal experience, from the stories of others, and from the news.  As the presidential election cycle is gearing up, I will be providing examples of how political leadership uses differences to create conflicts to identify who is interested in uniting (if anybody) and who is giving signs of bringing people together.
